The pool was not heated, but overall very happy. Great continental breakfast. Close to ocean/beach (not walking distance but 3 min drive). Great staff

Breakfast area was small and crowded. No nearby restaurants except Carrows. Otherwise, the hotel was good.
Comfort Inn, Marina is a perfect family place to stay.
