The air conditioner was noisy and there wasn’t a table to eat meals. The mattresses need to be replaced since the coils could be felt upon every move. On the minor side; the room looked tacky! Plaids, floral and strips with no coordination made it look really bad. Nice sheets though and the updated bathroom was nice although the toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle.
I'd suggest not doing the Mystery Hotel unless you really don’t care about the quality of the hotel chain you get stuck with. I would have preferred better, but overall it was ok for the budget conscious. We got what we paid for: NOT MUCH

We loved the facilities in this hotel. My son loved the fitness center and my daughter loved the pool. I quite enjoyed the jacuzzi and the convenience of a room that opens up right to my vehicle! The contential breakfast was awesome too!

I have always had great experiences with this hotel chain. My boyfriend and I booked this hotel as a weekend getaway to Columbus for Valentine's Day weekend. We were highly disappointed! The area in which the hotel was located was not the best. The shower lacked pressure, the internet connection was poor, and the noise level was awful. The lounge was open until 2 am. We went there at about 11 pm to hang out and immediately turned around. The characters that were pouring into the bar made us feel very uncomfortable. We ended up back in our room with the door dead bolted all night while people roamed the hall making noise until about 3:30 in the morning. Finally, check-out was at noon. At about 11:15 I took some things out to the car and when trying to return to the building, found that my key had been deactivated already. I was let in by an employee. When trying to get in my room my key still did not work. My boyfriend let me in and then tried his key which did not work. I thought that all of this just added up to bad luck on our part, but upon leaving, another gentleman was attempting to get in and was also locked out of the building. He apparently had been having a similar experience to ours, because he seemed very frustrated and was making several explict comments. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing trip, and I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Not typical of Best Westerns.

Do not stay at this hotel. The hotel is fine, but it is located in scaryville! The staff were friendly and helpful. The business services (Internet Connectivity) were nonexistent... If your just looking for a place to sleep it's okay, in general it not agood place...

We got a great rate from onlie travel website!! The hotel is right near the highway with lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel clerk changed us to a king room without any problem. The room was clean and it included a microwave and fridge. The continental breakfast was adequate and included scrambled eggs. Our schedule did not allow us time to use the pool or other facilities. We would definitely stay here again.
