Brand New Room!!!

Hotel has been renovated. the rooms are really beautiful. Excellent Staff, really friendly service. great location. close to king's island. restaurants in walkin distance. money worth spending. i would definetly reccomend this hotel.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Checked in to room 128 at $*. Upon entering the room with all my suitcases just after midnight we found that the AC didnt work. Upon calling the front desk and requesting another room I was told that they could bring me a fan, otherwise would check me out but would rather the room be empty than to discount me. Owner was there and stated to me that he was already aware that the AC didnt work, however that wasnt mentioned prior to check-in. Decided to stay because we were tired and didnt want to load back up in the car. Toilet and bathroom was filthy dirty. Microwave and television remote both inoperable. No hand towels, no washclothes, no iron or ironing board. Entire staff was rude, unhelpful in locating the room, and hard to understand. Entry into the building from the outside doors difficult due to poor maintainance on card reader . Used indoor staircases for storage of furniture. This was a terrible experience and I hope that no one has to endure the same treatment at a premium price.

My family was greatly disappointed with the lack of cleanliness at this hotel. This facility is definitely not up to Quality Inns' standards and we do not recommend staying here. The room was very dirty and old, burnt out bulbs, lamps were greatly stained, beat-up furniture, and dirt from shoddy construction job was not cleaned up properly. CSR announced our room number out-loud upon arrival which is unnacceptable due to safety reasons. We have notified Quality Inn's 800 # of this facility. We are a typical family who just wants a clean room and good service (neither were satisfied here).
