Our flight arrived in Philly just before midnite and we needed a place to lay our heads before we got on the road to Atlantic City. The price was reasonable for the location, however, comfort is not a priority for this hotel. The beds are very uncomfortable and the rooms are exceptionally small. There was no parking available at that time of night, the towels were very rough and complimentary breakfast was a joke. As they say, you get what you pay for but this was a nightmare.
Worst Managed hotel I've ever seen

Our air conditioner was broken and made a horrible screeching noise which they finally fixed after 24 hours and multiple complaints. The last night we stayed there another couple opened the door to our room at midnight with a key the front desk had given them. The front desk thought we had checked out and these people were checking into our room. I had to get up at midnight go to the front desk and talk to a gentleman who english was not all that good and try to tell him we had not checked out. In the morning we couldn't get a copy of our bill because the system had us as checked out. It's now three days later and I still don't have a copy of the bill. Do yourself a favor and try the Hampton Inn across the parking lot from this mismanaged mess of a hotel.
Bed Bugs!

After traveling 12 hours I arrived @3am, went straight to bed. Placed a "do not disturb sign on the door, and was rudely awaken by a pounding on the door. Another patron had thought she left some items in the room. She told me she was appalled they put another person in this room, as she had left it because there were ticks or bugs in the bed. After she left, I turned on all the lights and pulled down all the bedding and shook out the pillows, and there they were! They were bed bugs! I immediately got dressed, closed up my luggage and left the room as fast as I could! I was totally disgusted that I had slept in that bed not knowing! And even more disgusted that the Hotel would put me in that room knowng there was a problem! I will never stay in a Microtel again and neither should you!
