Great family vacation

we got to the hotel early in the day (about 930), tired from traveling all night... the staff were courteous and got us into our "villa" immediately..we were offered one of the newer villas if we could wait until 1-4pm. We opted to take the older room but it was wonderful....nicely appointed. We listened to to the timeshare talk and received $100 for our time. No worries, there was no pressure...This vacation spot is all inclusive and my 3 older children really enjoyed the pools - the grounds were lovely and extremely well maintained!

Find Another Place To Stay

I am a timeshare owner at the Sheraton Vistana Resort. I booked a good friend of mine and his son to stay in June. They had never been to Orlando. They looked forward to the trip all Spring. The accommodations were not comparable to my timeshare ownership. The staff was not helpful to me or my guest. Neither the resort or the Sheraton Resort Association did anything to satisfy my guests. I called hour after hour, day after day once they had arrived to get assistance for my guest. NOTHING was done to help. Don't waste your time. Find another place to stay!

Great Accomodations, but, be wary...

This resort is extremely nice. Very clean, safe and in close proximity to our destination of Universal Studios. Our 2 bedroom villa had been recently renovated and included granite counter tops and plasma t.v.'s. The seven pools located around the resort was a highlight for our two children. I wish we could have stayed longer to really experience all this resort has to offer. For the downside...this resort is a timeshare of sorts. (We didn't realize this until we arrived.) We were heavily pressured into attending the timeshare presentation (for discounted theme park tickets.) We were assured the presentation would only last 2 hours beginning at 7:30am. We were not able to get away until after 11:00am!!! Since we were only going to be at Universal Studios for one day, this was precious time lost. My advice- pay full price for your theme park tickets or get your discounts elsewhere unless you are interested in purchasing a time share or have nothing better to do with over 3 hours of your time while on vacation. Would definitely stay again.

The villa we had was wonderful, very roomy, felt like we were home! We all had a good time. The pool was a little far so we drove to it, we were lazy, it might have been a 7 minute walk.

Ok for 3 stars but definitely not a 4 stars

Facility is huge with many buildings.. May be other buildings within the same resort are better because of recently remodeled; However the one we stayed is the SPA ;and it's definetly too old ! The age of the building is obvious just by looking at the kitchen counter top, furnitures and bathrooms... Bedroom furniture's drawers are for display only! Anything we touched seems falling apart...called staff once to unclogged the toilet.. although the staff are very tentativete to our request but was dispappointed for the overall quality of the facility ! Definitely not a 4 stars resort. Would not come back!
