BAD FRONT DESK SERVICE

I stayed for 7 nights, but I really had a very bad experience. Room key didn't work and had to wait outside for them to fix. Stayed and waited outside for more than 3 hours in heavy rain and storm. Microwave burned with no reason that left a bad smell in the room, no housekeeper for 2 days that the bad smell stayed inside the room for 2 days. The printer in the lobby had no ink, and no one replaced the cartridge that made the customers had to line up in the front desk to ask the c/s rep to print for boarding pass. The front desk manager, has a very bad attitude, not only did he ignore what we complained, but he didn't even aplogize for any of these. Don't know what kind of customer service it is?

Room was fine.
Bed was fine.
2 nice flat screen TV;s.
The rooms are hard to find. White numbers on a pale yellow background are hard to see.
Overall good. I will go back.

We absolutely loved this resort. We have two kids, 7 and 2 and they loved all the kids pools, the room, and the hotel offered a wide variety of kids activities. They could play at different playgrounds, swim, and even feed the ducks at different areas. It was very clean, spacious, gorgeous views, and overall just fabulous. It is very kid friendly, and it was very nice to have laundry right in the room. We just can't say enough. The only thing we didn't like was that they bugged us every day to attend the time share meeting and wouldn't take no for an answer. Oh, and we registered for early check in and gthe room wasn't ready twice. That was frustrating but overall the experience was great!!!!! Close to Major attractions too!
One great place

Vistana was a great resort with every amenity possible.Beautiful new remodeled condo, pools, resturants and bars, game rooms, parks , a very well stocked market all within the complex.Very helpful staff with activities all day long for the kids and adults. Very close to all Disney attractions and many resturants. We can not wait to visit again.

This resort had a lot to offer, but was too big for us. When we checked in, the line to get the "welcome package" was so long, we chose not to stay. We went back that evening and got a very curt response from the front desk. Then, our second day there, we got a call from the front desk at 9:00 a.m. to inform us that we had not yet picked up our welcome package.
Very annoying.
Although our room was as advertised, it was very dated and much too far from the pools for the amount of money it cost. The pools, although impressive, were packed, it was difficult to find a chair, and the music was so loud you could not even talk.
However, the security was good and the grounds maintenance was excellent. Everything outside was clean, well manicured and beautiful. Our rooms were also very clean. We felt very secure on the property but would have much more enjoyed our stay if we had been more centrally located.
