I brought my Grandson to the area to visit various attractions and also a Space Shuttle Launch: I needed a clean, safe place to stay with a young child: We were at the KSC two nights and had to sleep all day afterwards and the staff and housekeeping were great in working around our schdule:
The room was neat, clean and I appreciated the guarded gates and the privacy of the facility in this congested Orlando Resort Area:
The food and market place available on site as well as the recreation were excellent:
The staff from check-in to the people at the restaurants were great :
The villas were well equiped and we definately will return on subsequent trips to Orlando:
Good Resort

Our visit was from may 5 - may 10, 2009. We arrived fairly late in the evening, but the front desk clerk was very kind and courteous. We are a family of 4. We stayed in the 1bdrm villa in the cascades, it was very clean and nice, however, I wish I had booked the 2bdrm villa, just to have 2 bth rm.'s having 1 bthrm w/4 people can get rough at times, but we managed. The grounds were always clean, there are 7 swimming pools on the resort, and a host of activities for kids to do, including joining the adults for kareoke around the main swimming pool. The main pool is open until 1am. Which was perfect for us, because we were at the park all day and didn't return to the resort until after 9 -10pm and the kids still wanted to swim. We were asked to attend the time share presentation and the gift was $75, we agreed, but couldn't make it. We turned the $75 voucher back in and we were not bothered again about attending a presentation. Timeshare presentations are a good way to save serious$$$ on theme park tickets or other attractions. We always do at least 1-2 presentations when we are there. It doesn't hurt to save $$$$. Can't wait to stay there again. If you book a presentation for 7-8am you will definitely be out of there by 11am. Whats 3hr's of your time to save over $200 on theme prk tickets. Just say "we are not interested" and you will be out of there and on your way to disney. Enjoy!!!!!
