Would expect more from a downtown hotel

The room was small and not very comfortable. They offer internet access, but it was aweful. Don't plan to get any work done from this hotel if you require internet access. Bed was hard as a rock.
Very convenient to Univ. of Ottawa graduation and downtown.

The hallways are faintly shabby, and the plumbing fixtures a bit worn, but all is well maintained, and a youthful crew of staff keep on the hop thinking of helpful things to do.

We were just in for one night so it was good. Close to the main attractions. Parking not as convenient as I would like.
