Sheraton - Keystone at the Crossing, Indianapolis, IN

This is a fine hotel; we have stayed here previosuly, and we received a complimentary upgrade to a mini suite ( perfect as we were traveling with small children). We were not told at the time of our reservation that the pool ws closed - a big disappointment due to the children traveling with us - and would have changed our reservation had we been informed.

Horrible Hotel

The Army sent my husband TDY to this horrible hotel. It's overpriced and the service leaves much to be desired. I made arrangements at the Homewood Suites at the Crossing for the same price, where my husband received Manager's Special Mon-Thurs, which included a hot breakfast and a hot dinner . At Homewood my husband had free internet in his room, unlike the Sheraton that will charge you $10 for 24hrs...what a rip off. My husband had a full kitchen in the Homewood Suites so that he would not have to eat out each day. At this point I don't know who I'm more disappointed in , the Army or the Sheraton. Once the "Leadership" found out my husband was living better than the others, they forced him to move back into the crappy Sheraton. What a way to take care of our troops!!!!

I would never stay here again

Hotel needs updating, the parking garage seems to offer absolutely no security and is quite a walk unless you want to pay for valet parking, hotel staff was not helpful, rooms are not very clean and are old, for the money a traveler could stay in a MUCH better hotel

Ok.

This place was okay. Some things definately need fixed. The walls had dents and stains on them. The carpet was frayed and worn down. The pool and hot tub were nice. The workout facility and sauna are not at the hotel they are at the Bally Total Fitness across the street which made me kind of dissapointed. The sales tax is ridiculus. The air conditioning kept on going on and off, adn it when it wasnt working it was HOT in the rooms. Other than that, the bed was extremeley comfortable and the staff was very nice.

Overall the service and reception staff were pleasant and helpful. We were disappointed with the overall appearance and upkeep of the hotel. The rugs were fraying in the hallways, walls were marked up with dents and scrapes. Carpet was not very clean and bathroom were outdated. It was just an OK place to stay for the location. Would not stay there again.
