The people working in the restaurant were wonderful, courteous and very attentive. And the food was great.
Unfortunately my room did not get made up the first day after I had slept in it and asked at the front desk for it to be cleaned. It appeared it was going to happen the next day when none came to my room when I was out in the morning. When I returned I asked the cleaning woman (who was still on my floor) if she could have my room made up when I leave again in an hour. She told me I would have to go to the front desk to request it.
I did go to the front desk and explained that this was the second day it hadn't been cleaned. He asked if I had my Do not Disturb on. I told him no and the cleaning woman was just a few doors down from my room. He explained that over 100 people had left that morning because of a National girls softball tournament. I really think instead of making excuses that the hotel should not take on more guests than it can handle.
Horrible Customer Service

Unfortunately about half of the staff was rude and not very friendly- The bartender needed a lesson in human behavior and a couple of the others just had no clue. We were told any sort of a late checkout (1/2 hour) would not be granted. No coffee, tea, water in the lobby- Just not a good experience- Also, we went during a softball tournament time and the booking was impossible with the hotel itself- So we went online and had a much better experience. Not somewhere we would ever stay again.

We stayed four nights while in Denver for our grandson's graduation & were completely pleased with our hotel. The staff was helpful & friendly; the entire facility was spotless; the bed was the best we have ever experienced in a hotel & the restuarant was great. It was so convenient & the food was excellent. When in the area again we will certainly stay here again. Mr. & Mrs Monson, Illinois

In town for a graduation we came from all over the country. We enjoyed the room. It was nice to be near family. We appreciated the ability to go to breakfast at different times, while working in our other activities. The staff was friendly and willing to dispense warm chocolate chip cookies.
We would have appreciated a fair warning that our complimentary breakfast on Mothers Day was not available at the same time that some of us ate on Saturday. You see on Saturday some of us ate AFTER working out, and there was plenty of time. But on Sunday, when we did the same thing, much to our surprise we were told breakfast was over. The clerk was not sympathetic. The small disclaimer pointed to on the desk was not, in our opinion an appropriate announcement. Rather than pay an additional $ + per person, we ended up going elsewhere.

I came here with my family for a weekend getaway and could not have been happier. It was my little girl's birthday and I was amazed at how much they really cared. Some staff at the front desk were kind enough to bring a card with cake and balloons up to our room. My daughter was so happy! Overall the property is nice and is in a nice location with some nice malls close and lots of restaurants to choose from. The breakfast we recieved in the morning was a wonderful buffet, that offered lots of choices.
