Great hotel. We are going to take the kids next time. They will love the pool and slide.

We had a simply wonderful time! This hotel is gorgeous, clean and very service oriented. The restaurants are pricey but worth it as the food is wonderful! The pool areas are gorgeous, we spent most of our time at the spa pool as it was quiet and serene but the larger main pool area would be great for families. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. We had no problems at all and would return in a heartbeat!

This hotel is in close proximity to all of the major Orlando attractions. It is modern, clean, offers every amenity and excellent golf course and restaurants.

We gave the hotel a copy of our credit card so we could charge things to our room (signed up for reward points upon checking in.) The staff does not tell you that they charge double the amount of the charges to your card to ensure payment. We were out on the town and our card was denied!! They were not very helpful in resolving this issue!! The restaurants are very pricey for what they offer and they are not very kid friendly. They charge $7per day to park in the garage and then you have to take a shuttle to get to the hotel due to construction.
