This facility charges extra for EVERYTHING, internet, self parking! Parking was 1/2 mile away from hotel, there was a shuttle to the garage but often times there was a wait for the shuttle. Room was very small. Rooms were dated; need redecorating, new carpets. Bathroom also very small. Pool was very nice but not enough chairs.

Terrific Experience

Prior to my family vacation, I went to great lengths to research all the accommodations surrounding our trip to Walt Disney World including, flight, hotel, car rental and theme park ticket prices. While I can now say that I would have made different choices about the car rental (next time we won't rent a car at all) and theme park tickets. Don't get roped into buying tickets ahead of time if you don't think you'll use them. We purchased the Magic Your Way tickets with a park hopper and water park options. With small children, one park a day is plenty and the hotel pool is more than adequate. The pool at this Marriot in fact is beautiful and not overcrowded. The hotel rooms are clean, but expect a hotel room, not a suite. When we arrived, we were given a room that overlooked the roof of another buidling. I went down to the front desk and asked for a different room with a view of the pool. I live in Michigan and just came out of a very harsh winter and wanted to look at a pool and plam trees, what can I say. The room change was made and they agreed to hold our luggage at the front desk while we left the hotel for an excursion to Sea World. We had all of our dinners at the Solaris restaurant and never had a bad meal. I purposely didn't want to stay on Disney property, because I felt that it would have been too much of the mouse for me. It turned out to be the best choice of the trip. Don't get me wrong, they're a lot of families, but it's not overrun by kids. I will be back!!

Stayed here with my husband, 2 year old, and sister. We had a great time. They were very accomodating to my son. Provided us with a fridge in our room and were excellent with him at the resturaunts there. They even went to one of the other places to get my son chicken nuggests and french fries when we were at the italian place. The pools and spa were excellent too. THe location to disney was very good too. We stayed there during the week and got a great deal on the room. I will definitely try to stay there again!
