I stayed here through Sea Worlds special vaction deal and I was so dissapointed. I feel everyone needs to know about this horrible hotel. IT IS NOT FOR FAMILIES!!!! First I was never told it was going to cost me $65 to park my car for a week. Second they made us use their bell boy to get our luggage to the room and he made it clear that usuall tip is $. Third when you get to your room you will find an open tray of kid loving snacks that cost $ or more and it is at perfect level for a two year old to get to. So, every time your kids touches the tray it cost even if they don't eat it. If you want it removed it will cost you $. Here is a tip call the mini bar service manager and tell them the tray is in your way and you would like to put the tray on top of your tv. This will keep you from getting charged $25 to get it removed and your kids can't get to it. Next, all the restaurants are so over priced. The cheapest place to get food in the food court but be prepared to pay an average of $12 a person for a basic breakfast or lunch. The self parking that you pay so much for is over a mile away and the shuttle sucks you will be better of to walk. The rooms are very small not a good idea if you have more than 4 people, we had five and couldn't move or wiggle. Oh the pull out sofas are only twin sized we had to cram our three kids in it and the mattress on it sucks. Just go to a Raddison.

Would not go back

Received a special rate and was told parking, breakfast and resort credit included. At final checkout, charges were made that should not have been added - parking, no resort credit, etc. The rooms are very outdated. We asked to be moved and were; however, the front desk made us feel that we should lower our standards. We were moved to a room that supposedly was recently renovated - hardly. The outside pool area was dirty in some places. No staff to pick up dirty towels left for long periods of time. We requested a refrigerator because we were traveling with little ones - it was never delivered to the room. The pool was supposed to be heated and was not. The Mariott at World Center does a great job pretending to be a premier resort. The lobby and restaurant areas were nicely appointed but the rest of the hotel was terrible. The self parking entries never worked and we had to buzz someone to let us into the parking garage. This took extended periods of time. One evening after a long day at Disney we self parked and planned to take the 24 hour shuttle. Yeah right. The phone to call for the shuttle didn't even work. Bottom line - be prepared to be disappointed at every turn. This hotel is way overpriced for the service, accomodations, and amenities offered. Other resorts in the area that may be a few dollars more a night have much more luxurious accomodations and high quality service. We will not stay at another Mattiott property. Clearly their standards have gone down.

stay away from 4th floor

I stayed one night and was assigned a room on the fourth floor of East Tower. The facility outside on the roof of probably conference hall below was too noisy in the night and I could not get a good sleep. Other than that the hotel and staff is very nice.

Would stay here again

Despite the parking was long, the staff was good, the food was great, there was a lot to do, and a great view of epcot.
