The Location and Price Rocked

The function of our trip was to visit Disney. We had a car to travel. With that being said, this hotel more than met our needs for making our trip successful. The location was supreme. It is 1/4 of a mile to the Disney Eastside property entrance. The distance to each park varied. From hotel lot to park turnstile (approx.) Typhoon Lagoon - 5 min, Downtown Disney - 5 min, Hollywood - 5 min, Blizzard Beach - 5 min, Epcot - 10 min, Animal Kingdom 15 min, Magic Kingdom - 30 min. There are approx. 15 restaurants within walking distance - connected by parking lots.
The rooms were very clean, the ice machine worked well, the fridge was a blessing (note - our fridge did not have a freezer component), and the bathrooms were fine in size. (I get the impression that previous Tripadvisor reviewers have never been to Europe with their complaint about the size of the bathroom.) The breakfast had an extensive variety of choices, it was well staffed and nothing ever ran out. We did notice that the breakfast crowd did thicken past 8am.
The staff was quiet yet resourceful, never pushy. Access to free internet was used. There never was a wait to access the internet. The pool was small but clean and uncrowded. Towels were available for use at the pool. There is a housekeeping option to skip stripping down the sheets as a conservation effort. That was nice.
We were looking for an affordable, clean, safe, proximal location to Disney. We knew that we would not be spending much time at the hotel. The time that we did spend there was smooth, safe, spotless and exceeded our needs. We have been singing their praises ever since our return. THANK YOU!

We stayed for four nights at this Holiday Inn. The hotel was extremely clean. As soon as you walk in the front door it smells clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Since we vacation in Orlando 3 times each year we are very familiiar with the area. There are many restaurants within walking distance of this hotel. The pool is excellent and also very clean. The rooms have a microwave and fridge which is nice because they is not a restaurant or lounge at the hotel. We would definately stay again.

My daughter and I spent 4 night there and we had a good experience. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I found it very quiet. We had plenty of towels. Breakfast was better than most, love those cinnamon rolls, and saved us a lot of money. Staff was very friendly. The pool is not as nice as the picture but it was refreshing. It was very close to Downtown Disney. We had a rental car so we drove to the parks, downtown disney, etc so we did not use the transportation. A good experience at a good price. The only downfall is that I felt like I was not in the greatest of areas. The hotel next door was closed and the shopping center next door seemed a little seedy and had some closed sections. I worried about my rental car but nothing did happen. But then again I have always stayed on Disney property.
Good Hotel, Reasonable Rate

This is a good hotel within our budget. It includes breakfast which they switched every other day. It is not the usual continental breakfast but with scrambled eggs, meat, yoguart, milk, juice, waffle, bread, bagel, cereal, coffee, tea etc. It starts from 6:30 am to 9:30 am but it gets crowded starting at 8 am as everybody is up and rush to go to Disneyworld. They provide shuttle, 3 times (8:40 am, 10 and noon) a day to transport you to Disneyworld and 3 times (6 pm, 8 pm and 10:30 pm) a day to ship you back. The staff are very helpful. My son hurt his foot and they provided bandages, gauze when you asked. The hotel has a swimming pool but I did not try it as it was cold in the evening. It is a small one though. The laundry room has 2 washers and dryers. You have to watch your time to wash your clothes as you can line up for some time, especially the dryer took about 1 hour to dry. Each one costs $1.75/load. Remember to bring some detergent. It was close to a shopping mall within walking distance so not to worry for evening food as there are pizza, Chinese food, Japanese and a supermarket where you can get some snacks. Walk about 5 minutes to the main street SR535 and you can find MacDonalds, Wendys, Olive Garden, Black Angus, Sizzler. There are some Disney discount stores near the hotel too. Even to the Orlando Premium Outlet is not far away, just about 2 miles and you can always get a cab. Riding to Disneyworld is over 7 miles and it can be costly unless you have a whole family, so suggest you take their shuttle. Clean and tidy hotel.
