Good location, not on the main street. Located about a half block off the street, but easy access to the hotel. Located back of a gas station on the main street and then a mexican restaurant, which was very good. Parking lot between the restaurant and the hotel. No noise from the street at the hotel.
A good breakfast provided by the hotel. There is a pool, fitness room, and meeting rooms.
Would stay there again.

Clean, spacious and comfortable room. We had a double room with sitting area, and convenience area with small fridge, coffee maker and sink. Bathroom was spacious and very nice. Not within walking distance of downtown, but just a short drive away. Starbucks across the street. Speedway and BP within 2 blocks of property. Nice pool and fitness area. Great, upscale breakfast. Offered such items as cereals, hot and cold, juices, various coffees and teas, muffins, bagels, with various spreads, eggs, hard-boiled, as well as scrambled, make-your-own Belgian waffles, pancakes, breakfast sausage, whole fruit, as well as fruit cocktail, milk, and pancakes. Convenient parking in front of hotel. Was a little more than i wanted to pay, but the location and free breakfast made up for it.Would definately stay here again.

On the last night we stayued their the closed the pool for routine maintenance so my kids could not swim we even bought some swim googles so if your kids are planning to swim the pool might be down for routine maintenance. I tried to speak to a hotel manager but I was told they were not available, not a good place to bring your family.

We have stayed at this hotel several times as one of our children is a student at UK. The rooms are very spacious. I do wish they would have a t.v. in the bedroom as well as in the living room, but that is really my only complaint. The girl at the check-out desk did a good job of finding us a good rate.
The only problem I had was the box of empty beer bottles that were left under the kitchen sink by previous guests.
