Great Hotel

This was a great Hotel for the money. Great big bed, and even bigger TV in the room. We stayed at the Smeinole Hard Rock the next night for 3x more and it was not as good. Highly recommend this hotel.

I really like the fact that the new bed was so soft and had lots of room for rolling over and I didn'twake up with a sore back. I also like the fact that I could use my travel agency for a discount. Hyatt is now my Hotel when traveling. Thanks Hyatt for All You Do .
great hotel

I was absolutely satisfied with my choice in this hotel. I loved the modern look of it and the staff was so helpful they even went online for me to print my boarding pass. I also needed to warm my leftovers from our dinner earlier that evening and they did it for me. I would definetly recommend this hotel its good for the price.

This is a nice hotel, close to many businesses. I liked the layout of the room but I did have some interesting events at the hotel:
-they ran out of keys (the plastic keys to get into your room). I was escorted to my room and someone bought me a key up a little later. I have to say this was a first for me. I travel quite a bit and I've never had a hotel run out of keys. There was another gentleman that checked in right after me that was of the same opinion.
-the signal for the TV was not working. Clear weather and I'm not sure what was going on. I called the front desk to report the problem and they were working on it. It would have been nice to be offered a free movie.
-the breakfast bar. The breakfast bar was nice but I wanted to eat my little cup of yogurt on the way to my next call. This hotel had no plastic ware.
This is a nice, clean hotel but I probably will not go back because of the little inconveniences.

This is a high end facility that is extremely well maintained. The design scheme of my room was beautiful, spacious, and functional. This made for a relaxing stay. The hotel is in an ideal location very near to a wide variety of dining and entertainment options. This hotel is wonderful.
