Wow what a stay

I travel all over the country with my business. This hotel was one of the best stays I have had all year. The staff made me feel like I have stayed here 100 times before. I do not usually write comments about my stays, but this one was clean, comfortable and worth the price.

This is the first time I have traveled to Charlotte on business and I chose the hotel due to its location. It was easy to find, the front desk was very friendly at check in and gave me a lot of information on the area. Breakfast was good and had a very nice hot buffet with friendly service, the lounge was nice and the bartender was GREAT! My room was very clean, comfortable with lots of hot water. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I stayed at this facility for 2 nights. There was a group of teenagers staying those same nights. They ran wild the entire time, riding the elevator up and down. I did call the front desk the first night, and they never answered. The bathroom was NOT clean and the staff was not friendly! I travel constantly. I will NEVER stay in this hotel again. The price is outrageous for what you get! NEVER EVER!!!
