Orange Lake is a beautiful, spacious, self-contained timeshare resort with about 2,000 units. Each unit (except the studios) is equipped with a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and beautifully decorated living/dining rooms. Most two-bedroom units feature whirlpool tubs in the master bedroom. Three-bedroom units feature a separate living room/bedroom area for the third bedroom. Why vacation out of a hotel room when a resort like this is available?
There are more than seven pools located throughout the resort including a beautiful pool complex complete with water slides, a lazy river, restaurants, shops, and Internet access known as River Island. Just completed in May, 2006, River Island makes Orange Lake the perfect destination for families as well as single adults looking for a great vacation.
There is also a huge pool complex located in the West Village, featuring four pools (including an Olympic-size pool for the serious swimmer), a miniature gold course, bar and plenty of places to relax in the sun or shade. The North Village features Splash Lagoon, a large, walk-in swimming area with water fountains, restaurants, and lots of fun. The existence of three large, separate swimming areas keeps your vacation from getting boring!
Orange Lake is a complete vacation destination, even if you're not a big Disney World fan. There are four beautiful golf courses, a movie theater gym, and a beautiful lake with water sports (such as jet skis, boating, water skiing) along with the three large pool areas. A fun-packed daily activity schedule includes bingo, children's craft activities, nightly adult and family activities, and various exercise classes. On-site restaurants meet anyone's needs, from Pizza to fine dining. On-site shuttle service is available at regular intervals throughout the day and evening, so you don't even need to worry about your car.
Orange Lake is a great destination whether you're looking for a restful, calm vacation or a fun-filled week at the parks. We've done both—stayed at the resort and relaxed all week, and explored Universal or Disney World all week, and Orange Lake has made all our vacations exceptional!
