Wow if I had read the other reviews, I probably would haven't stay here but we did and we loved it. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even called us a couple of hours after checking in to make sure we were happy with the room. The location is on a busy street but heard no traffic at night. The room was clean. We ate the buffet breakfast in the morning and it was okay. We would stay here again.

We always stay at Residents inn hotels because they are clean. This is the first one that we were un happy with. The rooms were old and smelly. The carpet was old and dirty and the cabinets in kitchen and bath were peeling apart.Our window was right next to the bojangles drive thru so all you could hear was "can I take your order?" early in the morning.

The rooms were old, ancient furniture, not in good condition. This hotel should not have the Marriott / Residence Inn name on it. Very poor condition. Clean, good location, but no other redeeming features.

I always stay at hotel that offer outdoor or indoor pools, spas, exercise rooms, double bed, and kitchen areas because I travel with my family. When I checked online for the weekend of June 16 2006 these accommodation were part of the advertisement. After we checked in found out the pool and spa were out of service. I asked for a relocation to a sister hotel and was told it was booked. I was not able to get my money back so we stayed.
