Desk staff was not familiar with "best Buy" prepaid booking and almost recharged my card; otherwise they are friendly and helpful. The room was rather small for a double--no closet, had to get almost into the bathtub to close the bathroom door. The breakfast bar is not well organized--e.g. cereal bowls are at opposite end of counter from the cereal packets.
The location is good--easy to get to downtown Burlington, easy highway access. Weekday price is oaky, weekend a little high for the amenities offered.
