unfortunately the bathroom was plugged, I wasn't able to take a shower since all the water returned to shower. Very unpleasent to find a not working toillet. We were too tired to try to get another room.

Better off sleeping on a park bench!!!!

This is my first time ever writing a review. I have used site dozens of times before this year but this was the WORST! hotel by far. I know I should have read the reviews first but I was made a hasty choice based on the price alone, and that's what I got! First of all upon driving up to this place at night I did not get a good feeling about the hotel, there were several people just hanging around outside of there rooms, kinda weird. So I waited a bit and proceeded to check in but the clerk was not there so U waited in may car for 15 mins. When I went to the room. It smelled funny and was dusty. I don't think the cleaned it well. Stains on the carpet a lumpy bed and a bug in the room. ( I think this hotel is party central for Santa Maria) no kidding. Not to mention the people above me decided to test the bed springs most of the night, did not get a good nights sleep at all. left early the next morning and will NEVER RETURN AGAIN!!

DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS NIGHTMARE!

This is hands down the WORST place that I've ever stayed at. We were desperate for a place to stay for the night so we unknowingly booked this nightmare of a room. First off the room was tiny. Its like staying in a closet. There was no A/C so it was so hot and uncomfortable. The beds were rock hard, foul odor in room, low water pressure, towels were like sandpaper, VERY dirty sheets/blankets, noisy, bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the front door's deadbolt lock was broken. My family and I were getting very itchy from the sheets/blankets. We couldn't take it anymore, even if it was just for the night and checked out after like an hr. We decided to just forgo the money (which btw was ALOT) and just leave. Fortunately the front desk lady was nice enough to give us a refund. .

STAY AWAY!!!!

This place is a disgrace. I would never stay here again even if i was paid to. Noisy all night long. Police were there throughout the night dealing with arguments or something of that nature, i was afraid to even leave my room. Room was small and dingy. OLD OLD OLD!!!!!!! Nothing positive to say. Agree with other reviews about this place.

DON'T STOP HERE

Asked to check room and found bathroom filty with holes in walls, black growth in place of caulking and several holes in the wall. That was more than enough to not even consider checking the bed! Front desk person was disinterested and said "I just work here". Looks more like a residential motel for god knows who....scary place. There was a much nicer, cleaner place we found up the street for less. A cheap room shouldn't be a dirty room and none of these rates today are cheap at $* per night.
