Three Seasons Lodge on Otter Tail Lake

  • February 6, 2003
  • Rated 5 of 5 by YourResort from Battle Lake, Minnesota
They only had one cabin left for the week we came and it was a one-bedroom. We took it and were greatly suprised. It was newly remodeled with a great vaulted ceiling. Cable TV, a new large refridgerator and a microwave oven. It even had a jucuzzi tub in the bathroom. Oh, and a fireplace that was built in the 1920's.

The boys didn't mind sleeping on the couch. It was a little cramped for the 4 of us, but it would be perfect for a romantic getaway. We saw some other cabins and they were nice as well. The lodge had activities for us every day, and the bingo was the best we've ever seen. We ended everyday with an ice cream treat (the malts are great) in the historic lodge.

A fishing boat, pontoons & jetskis were available for rent. The beach was great -- very sandy with no sign of weeds. Parking was tight, but mostly because not all guests knew how to park trailers. There was a bait shop & convenience store across the street. Oh and there was a mini golf course, which was simple but fun.

This basic hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Paya Lebar MRT station putting the rest of the city at your disposal. It is opposite the Malay Village and a shopping area for locals full of good cheap little restaurants, mostly Halal for the Muslim community.

It's very comfortable. Each room has a private bath, air-conditioner, TV, and phone. Plus, the tarin ticket to Monaco is only 7 euros(one way). Nice is a nice town too!!

Nice suite, outfitted with TV and stereo in the living room and a small but funcional kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning, but with the temperate climate - it's not needed that much. The location was also good - it's next door to a very nice restaurant, up the street is a CityBank outlet that accepts all major cards and on the crossroads is a McDonalds and a small shopping centre.

Rosedale on Robson Suite Hotel

  • September 16, 2000

At the end of Robson St. by BC Place (large domed stadium used for concerts & sporting events) and the new Public Library, it's in a good location for shopping and tourist attractions. The 1 bedroom suites are comfortable and especially good for families with kids or those looking at a long stay because of the kitchen facilities. Rosie's Grill downstairs is a good place to eat and the portions are substantial.
