Woot! Woot! What fun!

The Prince Conti is a top notch hotel! The staff are lovely and the location can't be beat. It sits about a half block from Bourbon St., which is not too far to crawl, if you know what I mean! This was our first trip to N.O, and we are ready to go back. The hotel was very clean, quiet and private. Our car was safe and sound when it was returned to us upon checkout. We couldn't be happier.

When we arrived the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered restaurant reccomendations and answered all of our questions about the area. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job!! The best part was how close the hotel was to many attractions. Good location, good value. Would stay again for sure.

Convenient and Quiet

Prince Conti is in a great location - it is literally a few steps away from Bourbon Street... The hotel was clean and the housekeeping staff was friendly, the desk clerks were okay - we encountered two that were exceptionally friendly and one that seemed too busy to acknowledge us and another who was very short with us... We did not dine at the Bombay Club (which was in the hotel) because everytime we were hungry we were already out so we ate then - I think if the restaurant opened a little earlier, starting at noon (to serve brunch) instead of 4pm, we would've been a little more inclined to eat there. I understand that Ms. D's is closed temporarily, but maybe the restaurant could pick up some of that lost business meanwhile - just my opinion...

I liked it!

The room was big enough and very clean. Front desk was super nice. Amy at the front desk booked a great day trip for me. This hotel got some bad reviews that scared me, but I thought it was fine. Yes, the walls are thin and the partiers will wake you up when they come in but that's something that can't be helped, so expect it. I stayed three days and my only regret was that it didn't have a nice pool or courtyard as it was very hot all three days. I would not hestitate to stay there again but if I ever go back I'll pick a place with a pool.

Lovely!

I was pleasantly suprised by this little hotel, in the heart of the French Quarter. It was very clean, well-equipped, with super friendly staff. Even though it's just a block from Bourbon Street, the rooms were surprisingly quiet (except for some hallway chatter which can't be avoided.)
