Good Value for the Money

We rented two rooms for one night. On the positive, the rooms were clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The pool and apron were also clean. The restaurant was mediocre, chiefly because there was one poor waitress covering both the restaurant and the bar next door.

EXCELLENT!!!!

We rolled into town with a band of Pro Wrestlers after a long trip and show in Ellaville, Ga. The staff checked us in FAST,..got us rooms close together,..and made sure we didn't have to share beds by giving us extra cots for each room. They directed us to the loung which was attached to the hotel so we wouldn't have to drive anywhere. I thought that was great. I will stay here EVERYTIME we are in town to wrestle here.

My stay at the Quality Inn was excellent. The service was friendly and helpful. The newly renovated rooms, looked as if they were brand new. I slept well and after business, I had a place to wind down and have a drink. The bar and dining room located within the hotel was convenient to my stay and priced well. I recommend that you stay here over any other place in town.

Red Roof Inn

This particular Red Roof Inn was especially nice. It was well maintained, clean, and the staff was well trained. The Inn had a nice outdoor pool and great views of Pikes Peak. The Inn also offered a complimentary continental breakfast daily.

We stayed in one of the suites, which provided adequate room for us to make a home base for our time in CO Springs.

The Inn was conveniently located to many of the local attractions:

Focus on the Family--1 mile
United States Air Force Academy--9 miles
Olympic Training Center--12 miles
Garden of the Gods--9 miles
Manitou Cliff Dwellings Museum--12 miles
Pike's Peak Cog Railway--13 miles
Cave of the Winds--10 miles

Restaurants Nearby: Applebee's, Burger King, Cracker Barrel, Olive Garden, Tony Roma's, Village Inn.

Though the Inn is no five-star hotel, if you're looking for an affordable place to stay while in Colorado Springs, this may be it.
