Poor Internet Access

I have stayed here several times on business and each time there has been a problem with Internet access. Internet access is provided via Wi-Fi. Once the password would not work, other times the signal strength was awful. I don't know how many travelers tend to carry an external wireless access point with a high-gain antenna, but I do and that is what I had to use to get a signal.
The Staff is nice and efficient.

While the promise of a free breakfast and staying in a suite made me pick this hotel, once I got there I could tell I've been buffalo'd. the rooms were hardly suites and when I questioned the front desk about that fact I was told some story about the rooms being junior suites, what is that really?? Also the room I stayed in had build up in the window so the curtain was all stained at the bottom but hey at least I got my free breakfast.

Have stayed at this hotel 4 different times when visiting family in Bakersfield. For the price, it provides us a reasonably clean and large room with a continental breakfast. Have had minor annoyances with random things not working but hotel staff always has been prompt to accomodate and fix whatever problems. Overall, we like the place and will stay there again. Good value and good hotel.

Was very pleased. Really no complaints. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet room. Great location close to eating establishments and highway. Would stay there again.

i stayed at the ramada inn and suites for a weekend.compared to many other hotels this one is great.this hotel is by many restraunts,so you dont have to ga far to eat,and in the morning they serve you breakfast.the rooms are awesome i liked the cleanliness of them very much,we stayed in a suite wich was very big and homly. the rooms are great the bathrooms great basicly everything is great.The one negative thing i could say about this hotel is its close to the highway,and you hear the cars.but it doesnt even matter ,after you close the window,you cant really hear the highway at all. all in all i enjoyed this hotel and trust me if i didnt i wouldnt be writing this,because i have stayed in some really sucky hotels.
