Excellent Stay

I like my stay here. I like evrything about his motel. The staff is very friendly, room was nice and clean, Pool is the best part of the motel and perfect for the summer vacation. The breakfast was excellent that to free of cost. The motel is centerally located, mall, universities are very near.
In short, I 100% satisfied with the stay, totally worth it....!!!!
We Saw, We Left

We started to get concerned when we saw and smelled the lobby. It was pretty old and smelled musty. The lady at the front desk - who had made our reservation was very nice. When we got to our non-smoking room, it smelled like a smoking contest had been there. The cigarette burns around the bed confirmed our fears.
We found plenty of spiders and bugs sharing our room, both in the hot tub area and even the bed.
We saw the hotel paperwork saying to voice any complaints within the first 15 minutes of your stay, and that says it all. It only took us 10 minutes to decide to get a refund and leave.
The suites aren't worth the price of a standard room, let alone what they try to charge.
Don't do it!!!!!!!!!!! Stay Away!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!
I normally wouldn't write all of this...but i feel you must know!
The room was dirty, we didn't have enough towels and they wouldn't give us any more saying they ran out so i had to go to Walmart and buy my own! We ran out of Toilet paper and kleenex withing a few hours of arriving, so i bought more of that too. it felt like a run down, old apartment complex!
The pool was the only fair thing, it had a seperate shallow area for my son to play safely in. The "breakfast" was make your own waffles out of batter in a box, or cereal, and who knows how old that was. they did also serve a few muffins, but not enough to feed all the guests by far! it was small and crowded and dirty everywhere we looked...coffee pot wasn't even wiped down! the drain in the shower didn't work well, so we stood in our own filth while trying to get clean.
i asked if the housekeeping was going to come by, they said " IF they come, be 10-15 min"...i was there, they didn't come. i came back from hours away and fortunately they did get the trash that was there. there was also only one person behind the desk, so you had to leave your room to get anything, that is, if they even had it in stock!

The sheets were dirty the first night and we had to have them changed.

No phone service - until I paid a $10 cash deposit. Tennants nearby BBQ the first night and nearly smoked us out. Tried it again the 2nd night (after I asked the staff to be proactive and ask them not to) and I raised hell. got them to put the fire out and move my family to another room. Fun at 9p at night in 30 degree weather with 4 and 12 yr old granddaughters.
