Cheap getaway

Quote: I was looking for a cheap weekend getaway and wasn't really concerned about the type of hotel we stayed at. It was definitely an aged location with few updated and amenities. Pool was a positive as the time spent in the room wasn't ideal. The... Read the full Winter Park Mountain Lodge review

There are two sides of the hotel.

Quote: When booking you have to make sure you get the new side and not the old side of the hotel. You can tell the differnece and you will not be happy. I was afraid to take off my shoes in the room.

OK but hot tub was empty & out of order

Quote: I only stayed one night so I didn't use the amenities. I thought the room was OK & a decent value. I was disappointed, though, that the hot tub wasn't operating.

This hotel is worth coming back to

Quote: I would say this was probably the easiest hotel to get to. The rooms were just average to me. The view out of my window was the back parking lot, good it snowed to make it look better. As for the in house restaurant, it was blah at best. One morning... Read the full Winter Park Mountain Lodge review

nice place for riding

  • February 3, 2011
Quote: Average place. Good enough if you just plan on riding, because it's close to the mountain. Nothing special but not bad. There isn't anything around the place to go to at night. I would stay again if there was a discount. No internet in the rooms.

My stay at Winter Park Lodge wasn't what I had hoped and expected.

Quote: The Winter Park Lodge really didn't have a lot to offer during our stay. Our plan when we arrived was to soak in the hot tub after having a nice dinner in the restaurant. When we checked in and asked where the hot tub was located, we were informed... Read the full Winter Park Mountain Lodge review

Winter Park Mountain Resort - Review

  • February 13, 2010
Quote: I offered my adult son and friends a choice of ski packages across Colorado and Utah, they chose the package to Winter Park, which was the least expensive version. I wasn't expecting much, and got about what I expected, but as long as your... Read the full Winter Park Mountain Lodge review

Not Satisified

Quote: I stayed there when I went Snowboarding at Winter Park, it's right across from the resort within walking distance, but you're better off taking the shuttle. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything, breakfast was way overpriced $10... Read the full Winter Park Mountain Lodge review

The bar in the hotel is fantastic and has great workers! They... Read the full Winter Park Mountain Lodge review

I Agree, HOTEL OF LAST RESORT

  • 2 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • July 28, 2009
Quote: We saw nothing updated at this hotel. The TV is almost un-viewable in its location. Because the hangers of the closet or hang on the side/in front of the TV you can't hang anything. The toilet paper holder is across the bathroom, so you must get... Read the full Winter Park Mountain Lodge review
