Nice Place to Stay

A friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is lovely, and very clean. Staff were courteous and professional. The room was attractive, the beds comfortable, the whole place, especially the bathroom, was clean- very important to us. The location is convenient to a lot of attractions, and not far from the theater district. The fire alarm went off at 3am, which was disconcerting, but there was no danger, and when we asked, the management gave us an extra hour to check out.
Breakfast Buffet was $35.00- too steep for us- no way could we eat that amount of food, so we went elsewhere. All in all, a lovely stay. We'd recommend it.

From check-in to check-out, our stay was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. Our room on the 31st floor was clean, had a nice 32 inch LCD TV, working heater that was sometimes too hot so we would turn it down, starbucks coffee and King size bed. You could even open the windows and let some of the fresh air in as well as all the sounds of NYC. The location of the Hotel was close to everything, from Rockefeller Center, to Times Square, even Central Park. The 7th Ave Subway station is right around the corner from the hotel so that made getting to anywhere in NYC a piece of cake.

My husband and I went to NY Dec. 27-29 for a romantic getaway. The Sheraton and our room was exactly as pictured online. The room was clean and the flat screen TV was nice. The location is great. The Subway is right around the corner and for the most part we found it fine as a cheaper way around town.
Our Christmas Stay in the Big Apple

Our stay at the Sheraton New York was somewhat disappointing. We had a deluxe room, which in my view, wasn?t very deluxe. The carpet was dirty when we checked in and the ice machine didn?t work. When we checked out eight days later the Ice machine still hadn?t been fixed. When I reported the faulty machine I was told to go up or down one floor and get ice there. Not very classy for a supposedly first class hotel. On the plus side the location of the Hotel was ideal, only a few blocks to Times Square, Radio City Music Hall and many other NYC attractions. Additionally the hotel was surrounded by numerous excellent eateries and restaurants. It should be noted that room service was timely and very good,
