My husband and two teenagers stayed at this hotel for 1 week. It truly resembled the photos on the website. The pool was AWESOME with the waterfall and water slide! There was a more 'kid' friendly side of the pool and a more adult 'hang out' side. Amazingly picturesque. Very nice rooms with comfortable furniture. The beds seemed new, but a bit 'hard' compared to the pillowtop mattress of home, but we survived. We were located on the 7th floor of Tower 1 & had ample parking and easy access to our room (right off the elevators) however, we won't make that mistake again. NOISY! You could hear every suitcase wheel being pulled over the tile floors heading to the elevators. And the 'bing' of the elevator arriving. The on site restaurants were NOT cost effective at all. Would have been nice to be able to get a decent meal for under $15 a person. The Calypso Bar by the pool was 'spendy' to say the least $19.00 for 2 burgers. And going across the street to the Ponderosa was even worse. They had a $4.99 breakfast but OJ was $2.50 and so on - and the food was NOT good. The 24 hr Cafe Largo wasn't cheap either. $1.50 for a CAN of pop? Thank goodness we had a fridge and microwave in our room for pop/popcorn. WalMart & Target were just down the road for snacks. The staff was extremely helpful giving us directions and ideas of things to do. They want to sell you discount tickets if you do a 90 min. tour of their new Sheraton Villas (timeshare). We passed, wasn't worth it. Even though they say it's not 'high pressure sales' we all know! We'll go back again. ENJOY!

This was a good value, we needed a seperate bedroom or suite and did not want to pay alot. The hotel is pretty clean. There are signs of wear and tear and some things could stand to be updated, especially the blankets.
The bed was comfortable and we got extra pillows immediately when we requested them. Staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered room services and it was not good, luke warm and just not tasty. We also ate at the breakfast buffet one morning. It had limited variety and was not very good.
The hotel was not noisy which can be a problem in a family/kid style resort so that was great. As long as the hotel is properly maintained it will continue to be a comfortable, affordable option for the area.

The hotel itself was beautifully decorated. We couldn't get the children out of the pool. There was something for everyone to do from the fitness center, basketball court, etc. The hotel is minutes away from theme parks. The room were wonderfully big with a refrigerator and microwave. The rooms were cleaned everyday. We would stay again.
