The Best Stay I've Had in Phoenix

I've stayed at other Best Westerns in Phoenix, and this one tops them all!!
The staff was friendly and the hotel was wonderful! Our rooms were clean and the housekeeping couldn't have been better!
This hotel has a guaranteed guest everytime my family and I visit Phoenix!

I LOVED THIS HOTEL!
THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE & THE BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC!
i WILL STAY HERE EVERYTIME I GO TO PHOENIX!!

We stayed there for 3 nights Feb. 27- March 1. Checking out the morning of March 1st. We had a great time the staff were wonderful. The desk clerk was the best. If we needed to go somewhere she did mapquest for us. She made our stay great. There needs to be more people like her. The whole staff deserves Gold stars in our book. Our room was cleaned everyday when we would go out for the day. I would always stay at this place.

Although not completely new & updated, the hotel was very clean & had great customer service. I got a great price through a on line website, and would certainly stay there again for such a good deal.

The front desk friendly, hotel is close to freeway, air conditioner is noisy. The breakfast is adequate but the same daily.
Are you aware when you book you are not guaranteed the room, we had requested 2 doubles, our room had a King only, my son the first night ended up having to sleep on the floor, the travel agency said I should have read the fine print, beware.
The pool and hot tub was nice.
