What a let down

I thougt because the Hotel was new and it would be nice. The room and hall way smelled of mold and there were crumbs between the bead spread and sheets when we first checked in. My girls would not get under the sheets or in the shower and I would not let them in the pool. There was also someones bathing suit hanging from the light over the table when we checked in. In the parking lot my car was covered in butts from cigarettes. We were up all night because of all the young adults drinking on the patios. The person at the front desk did not want to hear any of this. We left with out staying the 3rd night.

At check in didn't feel welcomed by gentleman behind front desk. When we got into the room the pull out bed looked as if it had been slept in and the linens not changed. Comforter on one of the beds had a patch on it that was coming off. It was trying to cover up a hole.

Front desk was semi friendly, when asked for clean linens for the pull out attendant shot back you will find them in a dresser. We arrived it looked as if someone had slept on the pull out sofa and linens not changed. There was a patch on a comforter over a hole(burn mark) it was peeling back. The pool was nice until got in and the bottom was covered in sand, what a turn off, expected it to be clean since it is an indoor pool. Size of room was great balcony view of the ocean was nice. I wouldn't talk to the front desk staff more than needed you will feel unwelcome.

This was not a bad motel. If you wanted a room that was spacious you will find it. The beds were comfy and if you had a family it is a nice place to go. The kitchen made our stay very nice as we could do a lot more things than if we did not have one. We were still able to see the ocean from our balcony and we were not even on the ocean. Over all a pleasant stay. The negatives the people who worked there need to polish up on customer service and also our air conditioner was way to loud as we had to turn it off at night and sleep with a fan on. Thank God this hotel was made well as we were pleasantly surprise the wake up in a cool room next morning. I have to commend the young man who did show good customer service who worked behind the desk at 1:30 in the morning and trying to find us another room as quickly as he did but the 2 other rooms also had the same air conditioning problems. If you are looking for a very spacious room you have found your place but if you want to go to sleep wear ear plugs. Also the atmosphere that is close the beach is fine also
Not bad-but more like a motel

The pictures on their site is kind of misleading. Although I'm sure they have a pool and a fitness room, I never saw them. Also, it is more of a motel than a hotel. Overall it was not a bad place for the money.
