At $55, this clean, basic motel was the buy of our week in Oregon. The only negatives were plumbing noises and train whistles through the night, which should be pretty much a problem with all lodgings in town since the Rodeway Inn is located about as far from the tracks as you can get within the city limits.
The exterior of the motel is a very pleasant southwestern design. Rooms are clean, reasonably large with comfortable beds, a couple chairs, and TV. The included breakfast was very basic– a couple choices of cereal, bagels, and a packaged small Danish. Nevertheless, we had worse rooms for $100 on this trip, making the Baker Rodeway Inn a good bet for the cost conscious traveler in the neighborhood.
