The beds were absolutely awful!!! Like sleeping on the concrete. The pillows were the baby size pillows. I could hardly sleep at all, very, very uncomfortable!

Had a wonderful time in Portland and at this hotel. Perfect location in walking distance to everything and the staff were very friendly.

Our Stay at the Paramount

Our room was clean & well kept. Windows opened all the way, that was nice.Nothing too spectacular however. Staff was helpful, at times seemed put out by our requests. The location of this hotel makes it a perfect place to stay for walking tours of downtown. Easy highway access.We would definately stay again for ease of location purposes. Overpriced if you're expecting a 3 star room, decor, service. Contenintal Breakfasts run extra, not included in room fees. At a discounted rate, there is nothing to worry about with this great hotel!

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my stay at the Paramount. the staff was accomodating, clean rooms, close to everything, had a great time at karaoke at the 'Boiler Room' downtown which one of the staff recommended & even drew us a map & told us how to take the tram. The whole town was so nice. I will deffinately stay there again when in town :)
