We enjoyed our stay here though did not think it was worth the money. Rooms could have been cleaner and beds were terrible but the overall experience was good. We would stay here again if the price is right.

We didn't get into our rooms until 6:30 pm. the check in counter was 100 feet long and only had 4 people checking in guests. Long lines, long wait to check in. food was good. room was clean and comfortable.

we stayed in the house of blues studio it was clean and the room was great the view was awful, we went to the French Quarter Buffet for lunch, the food was cold, and when we went back to our table, someone eles was sitting there, when talking to the sitting personal they were rude and stuck in a lil corner, were I could not even get out of with out moving the table, When we checked in to our room it was 2:30 and our room was not ready! the lady at the check in counter was very hard to understand.
Not Bad

Have not had a bad experience here. Only drawback for us is the high noise level in the casino. Takes some time getting used to it. Rooms have been great as well as the service.
