Bugs....

Me and my fiance went to Showbaot for my birthday....we had a wonderful time went to the boardwalk then gambled until two in the morning.... when we got to the room and turn the lights on we found to cockroaches (babies) crawling across the floor...we called front desk and they changed our room and offered us breakfast...but when i asked if they have had this problem they said "not recently to their knowledge" which didn't sit right...after the three hours of packing our bags and switching rooms we fell asleep at five...when i spoke with the director in the morning and asked to be further compensated he denied me and told me switching rooms was my compenstion and the fact we were put out of our way until five in the morning didn't matter...also we requested a late check out to sleep in and were also denied that....i wouldn't recomend sleeping in this hotel...

We were very impressed with the quality of the room we recieved. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The only problem we ran into was that they were going to charge me for the room even though I already prepaid. I am glad we didn't do the express check out. Other than that, it was great. We definatley will stay again. Thanks!

i gave the showbaot a second chance after a decent stay last time. this time i was impressed. the renovated rooms in the bourbon tower were awesome, great plasma tv, very clean and modern a+. loved the food and the house of blues casino and bar was awesome as usual. im now hooked on this hotel and cant wait to go back. still one of the best priced casino hotels on the boardwalk!
