Nice Place to stay at a reasonable price

Everything at the Country Inn was great. The rooms were clean, maid service was quick. The staff were extremely helpful, especially when my daughter fell and hurt her knee, the staff quickly assited and provided care. Overall the experience was a good one. I would recommend it to my friends.

stayed for 2 nights with my family, Cons - the room was on the smalll side ( double queen beds ). the bathroom was a little on the dirty side, moldy ceiling! Probably wouldn't stay there again, might try another place. Pros - close to Hershey and the pool and hot tub were good.

I reserved a room that sleeps 6 through a travel agent. We got there and were told our room had 2 queen beds and that does sleep 6. They said sometimes people bring air mattreses or just sleep on the floor. When I asked for money back and to cancel, they said I had already paid through the agent so no. I asked for blankets for my 2 teenagers that would have to sleep on the floor and they said they were out of blankets, but gave me a nasty bedspread. Then I get home to discover they charged me IN ADDITION for the room!!! I am on hold on my 4th phone call, 2 weeks later, and have not been reimbursed.
NEVER again...that was horrible! We did stay in the same brand hotel in Gettsburg the night before and it was lovely. PLUS the room that slept 6 actually had 6 sleeping spaces.

We were on a long trip and we can always count on Country Inn Suites to be consistently good. Although the place was mobbed with families (close to Hersey Amusement Park) and we wound up next to the elevator, it was a very nice stay. Clean rooms, hot showers and a good breakfast send off. Convenient to highway location. Staff had been up all night and was a bit surly in the morning. But we would definitely stay again.

My husband and 2 children LOVED the hotel. VERY clean, close to Hershey, dining, gas, bank/atm, etc. Will definitely be staying again!
