This is not a luxury hotel by any means, but it is fairly new, very well-maintained, clean, and seems to be quite secure. Uniformed Georgia Tech security officers patrol often, as do members of Atlanta's city police force; we felt safe walking in the area and in the whole of midtown. The location is great and the front staff are efficient and friendly. Great value if all you are looking for a is a nice, clean, safe room in a good location.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we will be back. This is awonderful location for any downtown Atlanta attraction. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and interstate. Staff is very helpful. The desk clerk on duty when we came in gave us directions to get to the hotel over the phone and directions to the restaurant we were attending that night. This hotel is CLEAN! Beds are comfortable, easy temp control. Very pleasant place to stay.

We were able to walk to a number of very good restaurants. The one recommended by the concierge was excellent! There was a Publix and CVS very close to the hotel. Get good directions on getting to the hotel because the one way street can make it difficult to go straight to the hotel. The exit off 75/85 is not very clear on the map at the hotel website. Once there, it was great except for the restaurant.
We ate breakfast one morning and ordered from the menu. Even though there were few people in the place the service was slow and the food less that desirable. Price high for quality.
Absolutely the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in!
Great Location, Nice hotel

PLUSES: Awesome location - restaurants, a grocery store, and coffee all within walking distance. Easy access to interstates.
Hotel is very new-but some things were awfully aged for such a new spot (little things though). Great beds.
Great breakfast in hotel restaurant.
MINUSES: Parking is a hassle-garage is adjacent to, but not attached to the hotel, so you have to walk outside from the garage to the hotel, and it is quite far if you have a lot of stuff (or a child). I thought the parking was expensive as well. Take that into consideration when looking at prices for comparison.
Staff was moderately helpful.
Pool is indoor - and the tile around it is very very slippery - not recommended for kids.
Internet access is NOT free - which annoys me, when you pay so much for a room, AND parking, I feel like it should be thrown in, but I supposed that is standard in a lot of places.
All in all, nice place to stay - newness helps and it has all the usual stuff that makes a room nice.
great value

Many hotels in the GaTech area, this by far the most convenient, upscale with respect to the campus.
