Just What the Dr. Ordered

My mother and I were attending a special service for PA's fallen heroes and were emotionally and physically drained when we arrived at the hotel. The warm, welcoming atmosphere, the wonderful, wonderful beds, the prompt room service and wonder food were just what the 'Dr. ordered" to help us revitalize. I especially appreciated the location, away from the hustle of the city.
Nothing Special

There was nothing exceptional or outstanding about this hotel. The pictures on the website are overstated. The indoor heated pool was freezing and there is no hot tub. The gym needed repairs, everything was outdated and broken. The standard rooms were small but comfortable. We could hear the people in the room next to us. Had to pay extra for a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The staff were very pleasant. We would not stay there again when visting Hershey. Also not close to Hershey.

I usually would stay at the Hershey Inn, but I was feeling a little penny-wise. For 1/2 the cost I stayed with my 2 children (who loved the pool) at this hotle. The staff was helpful and friendly. They served a nice brunch on Easter and it was great. The weather was very cold for Easter in PA, but it was warm in the hotel.

We chose the Four Points Sheraton because it was close to our family outing at the Science Center and PA Museum. The room was very clean, the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept on, and the front desk was even nice enough to bring us a refrigerator (at no extra charge) for our baby bottles. Our only complaint was that the kids didn't enjoy the beautiful indoor swimming pool due to the cold water temp. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful and we'll choose this hotel again.
