DIRTY, Bad carpet, poor furniture

  • June 18, 2008
  • Rated 1 of 5 by a traveler from Travelocity.com
My wife hates poor carpeting. Room and the rest of the hotel had dirty, old carpeting. Furniture in suite was also in poor condition. Slight smell but tolerable. Internet connection slow at night. A bit noisy too. Definitely would not stay again.

I booked a suite for a weekend in July and I was very suprised by the space and the amenities in the room. The front desk staff was really helpful planning our weekend for us. I will be back soon

VERY DIRTY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • November 19, 2007
  • Rated 1 of 5 by a traveler from Travelocity.com
I stayed there for 2 nights with my business partner and one other person. They messed up our reservations. So we had to upgrade to a more expensive room. The kitchen wasn't stocked with cooking utensils. When I called the front desk I was not helped. I went to the front desk and was told we wouldn't be charged due to the 100% money back satisfaction guarantee. That guarantee was also posted right there. They switched rooms for us. The second room was filthy and the sofa bed was bent and broken. Upon check out we were told that was untrue. The woman was very rude about it as well. After talking to the manager he said he would only charge us for one night. I later discovered that my credit card was charged for both nights. The manager and owner both refused to talk to me about the situation. I had to call the corporate complaint line to get this resolved. Not a quality inn.

I enjoyed the very pleasant staff and the big rooms. Free parking, breakfast included, complimentary high speed internet. It is not too far from downtown. Great hotel.
