Don't be fooled

Read the text carefully, It says Sweet Sleeper, not Suite Sleeper. Many people are fooled into thinking this is a Suite with a sleeper sofa, it is not. The Sweet Sleeper is the type of mattress. The rooms are very small, and have little space to move around between the beds. The staff isn't exactly the friendliest. When we arrived, in our taxi, no one helped us with our luggage, which we needed help with. There was no ramp so pulling our roller bags up the stairs was a chore. Be careful when checking your luggage, apparently those guys aren't affiliated with the hotel, so you need to make sure you have the correct vouchers prior to checking it in. Otherwise you will have to pay them. This is the only hotel I have been to in the world where you have to pay them to hold your luggage if they aren't ready for you to check-in.
When we left, once again no one helped us with our luggage, and we had to hail our own cab, (which isn't easy to do at 5 in the morning), since the bellmen were too busy to come outside
Expected more for this price

where to begin? the bulb in the desk light was falling out. Sink faucet in bad shape. Hair dryer worked, didn't work, worked, didn't work? Old style tv. Library bar staff rude. Event staff poor. Only bright spot, one good bartender at Hudson Bar. Hallway looked liked someone played bumper carts. In my opinion, if you have another option...stay there.

Hotel needs to be renovated. Bathroom ceilings in terrible condition with water damage, fungus growth. Had to be moved from room with almost the same appearance. For the price you pay, the rooms should be better. Hotel personnel was very friendly and nice.

I stayed with a group of friends for labor weekend. The hotel location is very good but..... the room was not ready when we tried to make the check in. We had to wait until 11.00 pm to have our KING bedroom since the room available were with a FULL bed. The bedroom conditions wasn't optimum and I was charged Twice for my stay already payed in advance by internet. What a disaster!!!

The hotel has a good location in Times Square, although it appears only the lobby has been renovated. The room was quite used, either furniture or bathroom items were well worn or broken.
The voice mail system didn't work to retrieve messages, we didn't always receive the same towels in exchange and the hotel was loud.
