Great location

Nice hotel in a very central location to walk to all the broadway shows and easy access to all the siteseeing activities. The newly installed pool opened a week ago. Nice pool, but the hours are a bit short for vacation travelers (closes at 8PM on weekends). Would highly recommend getting the breakfast package.

We take a trip with a grandchild when they turn 8 yrs old. This time New York was our visited city and we have had a great experience. The hotels location to the Theater District and Times Square was excellent.
Our room was clean. We were very happy with the Sheraton Manhattan Times Square and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Someone's been smoking in my bed and it wasn't me. Contrary to the no smoking policy the room reaked of cigarette smoke. I asked them to change all the linens including the comforter and the pillows and when I came back, the room smelled even worse.
Perfect NYC place to stay

Just on the fringes of Times Square, a couple blocks from Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center. Subway stop across the street.
We had a room with 2 double beds on the 21st floor. Room was immaculate as was the bathroom. Room was on the small side as are all NYC hotels. The AC wasn't working propery upon our arrival, but a quick phone call to the desk and it was up and running in no time.
The pool was closed during our visit, but we wouldn't have had time to use it anyway. My husband used the fitness area and it was ample for a quick workout.
Staff members were all very friendly and accomodating.
After reading some reviews of this hotel I almost cancelled my reservations - and I have to tell you I am very happy I didn't!
Excellent stay here - would recommend!

We were able to check in early which was a blessing. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was absolutely fine....clean, great view, just what we needed!
