I was in Washington for the inauguration which required a lot of walking... My room had only a shower and no bath tub... I requested somthing to use to soak my feet after a full day of walking and was told there was nothing in the intire hotel that could be used for that purpose.
The service, room and the experience was extremely fantastic.

I was surprised at the hotel when we arrived. It was a beautiful hotel that accommodated our every need. Staff were friendly and helpful with our bags. Once doorman didn't get our bags but the other got our bags and apologized for the doorman who did not get our bags. I was really impressed with the service. I would go this route again if another trip came up that we needed to go to D.C. I was totally satisfied with the room and even the cafe.

Our stay was beautiful. We were treated like royalty. Everything was in order, from the bell hop to the desk, and cleaning personnel. I would definitly stay at the Hilton again. Food service was absolutely enjoyable. Everything in the room was appreciated, like hair dryer, iron, phone, and mostly the coffee pot. Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay.

This hotel was beautiful. The rooms were well appointed and the lobby was gorgeous. The staff however barely spoke English and were rather abrupt when speaking with them.
