Very Poor Conditions

When we checked in, toilet seat in 1st room was falling off, suppose to be non-smoking, stunk of cigarette smoke, room dirty, asked for another room, sink was slow to drain, cigarette butts on floor next to bed, hole in wall, coffee maker not cleaned, still had coffee grounds from previous day. Is not a very good part of town. Worst hotel we have every stayed in, mattresses were worn out, sheets would not stay on bed, will never stay in another Ramada Hotel, ever!!!!!

This place is a DUMP!!!!!!!!!

Simply terrible. This was without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would rather have slept in my car, it would have been safer. Room was dirty, shower had mold growing in it. Very "shady" people in and out all night long. Neighborhood was not very good at all.

Do not go by the pictures. It is a complete disaster for whatever you are paying. The neighbourhood looked pretty scary. There was nothing good about the room to talk about. Bathroom clogged, bad bedsheets. Will never come back to this hotel.

First night -- on arrival, at 1:00am during a heavy rainstorm, found that the sink would not drain. Maintenance could not clear it. Went to a 2nd room -- toilet did not flush or fill properly. 3rd room was OK; except the recliner chair was partially broken. 2nd & 4th nights -- found my used coffeee filter, or water, from the morning still in the coffee maker. On the bright side -- the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

This was the nastiest hotel I have every stayed in. The only room they had available was smoking. The carpet was horrible. There were carpet burns and stains everywhere. There were cigarette burns on the night stand, tub, and sink. The toilet had a brown stain in the bottom. I didn't sleep at all that night!!
