My kid really enjoyed the pool area. We were in town for a family wedding and we were well taken care of. The breakfast is awsome and free. I will tell people of this place.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past without incident while on business in Tulsa. This time I encountered a MAJOR cricket infestation. I stayed a total of 4 nights. The first night I had a running toilet that would self flush. I asked the Desk Manager to correct the problem which he took care of right away. The second night I had a good nights sleep. The third and forth nights were a different story. The crickets would come in under the door and drop from the recessed lighting over head. I killed 9 the third night and 6 the forth night. I tried towels under the door, which only slowed them down. I took one of the dead crickets to the Desk Manager and he said "What do you want me to do about it, I can't control acts of God". Upon my return home I contacted the General Manager of the hotel about the cricket problem. She stated that crickets are found at the hotel this time of year, and that the hotel is on a regular spray program. I recommend that she review her spray program since obviously it is in serious need of review.

We stayed here one night on our way to Texas and had to go a few miles out of our way but it was worth every mile. Great staff and super comfortable rooms!!! We do a lot of traveling and I must say this one one of (if not THE) nicest hotels we've stayed at. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a very pleasant one.....we even slept in and stayed until check out.....a first for us.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and the only problem was my room reservation was not availbable when I arrived. I had a double room non smoking and had booked my room several months in advance. I even called the day before and confirmed my room type. We I got to the hotel they did not have my room type available. I had to use roll out beds and was not happy about that. They just said Sorry.
