Front desk staff seemed indifferent. I booked a king room and received a smoking king. The bed was clean and comfortable but the carpet was dirty and the room was dated. The lobby and common areas were dark and dated. Room service was prompt, polite, and the food was tasty. Also enjoyed the convenience of TGI Friday's restaurant, located in the shared parking lot. Shuttle service was limited, the buses were small and the crowds were large, we took cabs to the Mall of America and spent more on cabs than we had planned (about $*. per one-way trip). I requested and was granted a late check out. I would likely select a different hotel on my next trip to Minneapolis.

I recently stayed here with the American Legion. They treated us like gold. The staff was so warm and friendly. We had a late flight out and they stored our luggage for us when we went over to the Mall of America on their shuttle. The beds are very comfortable. We would stay here again.

The hotel is spacious and well maintained. The beds are incredibly comfy! Pillows and linens are soft and just add to the comfort. Elevators are fast...no waiting! There is not a casual dining restaurant, but there is a coffee bar. It isn't open in the afternoon for a quick pick me up, and I needed that!

Called prior to booking verified we could take an early flight head straight for the mall but when we arrived at 9:45am, they said it would be 11:30 before another shuttle, which runs every 2 hrs. Also failed to provide us transportation back to the airport as promised because we had an early flight; we had to pay for cab. They allowed large teen group to run wild all night. Staff seemed bothered when asked for extra towels or shampoo/ the pillows were flat as pancakes.

This hotel is very nice. I was on the 14th floor and had a King bed and couch. The room was quite large. They said it was a standard King, which surprised me. The fitness center has a lot to offer and the machines seemed brand new. They even worked! I have stayed a other hotels in the area and this is one of the best.
