The hotel itself wasn't so bad. I won't book thru a travel website again because of the mixup in the rooms. But the hotel staff was wonderful in upgrading our room for free. The unfortunate part about the hotel was that there was some sort of ...Read more

$25 fee applies if you leave a car while traveling. The room was very nice, recently remodeled. Plumbing is kind of loud, I could hear when in use in neighboring rooms.

The heat was on in our room so it was warm and ready for us as it was cold out! The beds/pillows were so comfy. Bathroom clean and well stocked. Everything was comfortable and well laid out. Great TV! Good lighting for reading.
Very much enjoyed my stay at the Double Tree.

I loved my room and the hotel itself, everything was neat and orderly, clean and comfortable, however I did have a lot of struggle with the staff at the front desk. They were generally unhelpful, unwilling to answer questions and unfriendly. So much ...Read more
