The stay was great. The only hiccup was that the hotel was not able to print a full receipt because it was booked through Travelocity, which I needed for reimbursement.

I have stayed at the Hyatt Place twice-this is an excellent location is visiting the Mall of America or if flying out of the MSP airport. The rooms are clean and nice.

Hyatt place was close to the MOA only a brisk walk. Hotel staff was friendly and they did have a shuttle available to the mall. Bed was nice as was the room for the price. Will probably stay again.
