Even though this hotel is an exterior property I felt very safe and at home. The staff is always happy and very accomodatingl. As far as I am concerned I rate this hotel 10. The rooms are very clean. I was surprised to hear of all the improvements they are making. I could'nt imagine it getting better.

I brought my two children here from Atlanta to visit family and the staff made us feel so welcome. They also did not make me feel embarrassed when my 3 year old son threw a fit at check-in and disturbed the whole lobby. It is also located in a convenient spot next to numerous resturants and things to do. I will not stay anywhere else when I visit Oklahoma City again in the future.

I love this hotel they have a home away from home atmosphere. The staff is always nice and they went out of their way to assist my needs. You can tell the staff takes great pride in the hotel and they like their jobs. you will miss out if you stay anywhere else.

I work for the American Cancer Society and the Quality Inn Southwest partners with us and donates rooms (when available) to patients traveling long distances to come to OKC for there treatments. Every person that has stayed here has had nothing but nice things to say about the hotel from the staff to the rooms. I would defiantly recommend staying at the Quality Inn Southwest. Thank you.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I was in town visiting family and this hotel was in the right location at the right price! The hotel staff as very friendly and quick to help when we needed directions to the Omniplex.
