The best thing about this place is its location: Walking distance to a major shopping mall, few miles from Kona and couple of miles from one of the best snorkeling locations in the Island. The rooms are relatively clean but outdated. Pools were small and hot tubs were lukewarm and not jetting water. Expect to pay an additional $15/day if you intent to use AC. If you have trouble go up stairs, you may want to pass on this place, most of the rooms have at least 15 steps some as much as 30. There are no elevators.
