Great hotel, we had a very nice stay!

Room was very nice, very clean, bed very comfortable. Staff were all very helpful, accomodating and friendly. Nice hotel overall. Very nice indoor pool. Great location, great parking. We had a very restful nights sleep. We traveled with two young children and they had a great time at this hotel. I would recommend staying at this hotel, we had a wonderful stay!

I stayed there the day of my rotator cuff surgery. Not a good choice. Noisey from highway traffic. The TV was on a stand so low I could see my toes while watching the news. Payed $*for a $* room. No sink in bathroom and only one bowl in closet area.
Room not worth the price

I was rather disappointed with the room at the Courtyard Hotel in Erie, PA. The travel website said it would be $* dollars, but when I booked the room, they said the price had gone up to $* dollars....quite a difference in price. So I said ok, we'll try it...it ought to be a really nice room for $*. But alas, it was only just average. There was a jacuzzi in the room and the water trickled out when I was trying to fill it plus the hot and cold knobs really weren't working too well. Plus the jacuzzi was pretty small too. The room was only average size with average furnishings. Not worth the $* in my opinion. In all, a rather disappointing experience.

The hotel was nice enough, although there was a lot of construction noise. we only received the paper on one day of our stay. the staff was rude and unhelpful. We were charged twice for our room, and when I questioned this, I was informed that I was mistaken. that was the end of the matter as far as they were concerned. Sure enough, when I checked my account,
I was charged twice and am now trying to get this matter cleared up. This is not a small amount of money, especially at the holidays. Sorry, but the staff should have been more customer service oriented, not worried about talking to each other about their day.

The room was a Spa King, Only room available and had to stay here for conference. Room was not clean. Could have written my name in dust on furniture. Mold on the shower curtain and floor. HUGE burn marks in rug. Non Smoking? For this price NO Breakfast? No problem paying for a step above the rest room, but this was bad.......
